Ready to make some goop? Follow these directions and let’s get messy!
YOU WILL NEED:
- Cornstarch
- Cold water
- Shallow pan
- Liquid watercolors (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Get started by dumping a generous amount of cornstarch onto a baking sheet; use about a cup and a half.
- Explore the starch with your hands. How does it feel? How would you describe it
- Next, pour a cup of water onto the tray. Mix it and mash it together your hands.
- Add more cornstarch and water as you mix until you get t the consistency you are looking for. Your goop will become solid when you squeeze it or push it around on the tray, and it will transform back into an oozing liquid when you release it.
- Want to add some color? Sprinkle about a 6 drops of watercolors on on to the surface of the goop and use your fingers to mix the color into the goop.
